Now that fall has most definitely arrived, I made my yummy white chicken chili in the crock pot yesterday.
Anna's White Chicken Chili
2 cans Northern beans, undrained
1 lb frozen corn
2 whole cooked chicken breasts, cut up
2 cans chicken broth
1/2 t salt
1/2 t oregano
3 t cumin
2 (4oz) cans green chilis
Dump it all in the crock pot and cook 8-10 hrs on low OR 4-5 hrs on high.
Sprinkle mozzarella cheese over the top and enjoy!
